With over three decades of revenue management experience, Jennifer leads the revenue management department. She has vast experience with all major brands and is a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of revenue management.

With 13 years at TPI Hospitality, Tracy started as a hotel general manager and transitioned in revenue management as a business and revenue analyst. He recently was promoted to revenue manager. He also very knowledgeable in technology and works part-time as an IT professional.

Skilled in Strategic Revenue Management, Central Reservation Department development and management, Hospitality Management, and Total Asset Management. Entrepreneurial and passionate revenue innovator with the goal of changing the traditional definition of Revenue Management. Earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) focused in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
