TPI Elite is a one-year mentorship program designed to provide professional development to high-performing TPI associates in any position.
What is TPI Elite?
- The TPI Elite program will develop future leaders and prepare them for promotional opportunities through hands-on training and mentorship.
- Participants will be assigned a mentor, and will also mentor another associate in the program if they are currently in a supervisor level position.
Who is Eligible?
- TPI associates who have a six-month performance review completed are eligible to apply for the Elite program.
- The associate must fully embrace TPI Core Values and Vision Statement.
- The associate must display a personal commitment to growth and development.
- The associate must have supervisor support.
